This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any mobile application developed and published by LiberAudax LLC, including but not limited to CopvilleOG (collectively, the "Apps"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Apps.

When you register for an account or use our Apps, we may collect: your full name, email address, username, profile biography, content you post or share within the App, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you use our Apps, we may automatically collect: device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers), usage data (features used, time spent, interactions), and log data (IP address, access times, app crashes).

We use the information we collect to: create and manage your account, provide and improve our Apps and services, personalize your experience, communicate with you about updates and new features, respond to your comments and questions, monitor and analyze usage patterns, and ensure the security and integrity of our Apps.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Apps. Our current technology partners include Supabase (database and authentication services) and Expo/EAS (app development and deployment infrastructure). We may also share your information when required by law or to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Our Apps are built using the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Supabase — Provides database, authentication, and real-time services. Privacy policy available at supabase.com/privacy.

Expo / EAS — Provides app development infrastructure and build services. Privacy policy available at expo.dev/privacy.

YouTube — We may display publicly available YouTube content within our Apps. YouTube's privacy policy is available at youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/our-commitments/protecting-user-data.

CourtListener / Free Law Project — Provides access to public court records and legal data. Privacy policy available at free.law/privacy-policy.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store also collect certain data when you download or update our Apps. Please review their respective privacy policies for more information.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@liberaudax.com.

8. Age Requirement

Our Apps are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate their account promptly. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the App's profile settings or by contacting us directly. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

10. Advertising

Our Apps do not currently display third-party advertisements. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect how advertising data is collected and used, and users will be notified of the change.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through in-app notification.
