Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application developed and published by LiberAudax LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to CopvilleOG (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. Age Requirement

Our Apps are intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we determine that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account and remove any associated content or data.

3. Description of Service

LiberAudax LLC develops and publishes mobile applications across various categories including but not limited to community, entertainment, fitness, and information services. Our Apps may offer both free and premium subscription-based features. The specific features available to you depend on the App you are using and whether you have an active subscription.

4. Technology Stack and Third-Party Services

Our Apps are built using the following third-party services. By using our Apps, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of these providers:

Supabase — Database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure. Terms available at supabase.com/terms.

Expo / EAS — App development and deployment infrastructure. Terms available at expo.dev/terms.

YouTube — Publicly available video content displayed within our Apps. Terms available at youtube.com/t/terms.

CourtListener / Free Law Project — Public court records and legal data. Terms available at free.law/terms.

LiberAudax LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Changes to any third-party service may affect the functionality of our Apps.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Apps, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Apps offer premium subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

7. User Content

Our Apps may allow you to create, post, or share content including text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant LiberAudax LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within our Apps. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use our Apps for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Apps; use automated tools to scrape or collect data; impersonate any person or entity; or interfere with the proper operation of our Apps. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of LiberAudax LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Apps without our express written permission.

10. Informational Content Disclaimer

Any legal, fitness, or other informational content provided through our Apps is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, medical, or fitness advice. You should always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information provided through our Apps. LiberAudax LLC is not responsible for any actions taken based on content accessed through our Apps.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiberAudax LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@liberaudax.com. Upon termination, your right to use our Apps will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Your continued use of our Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
